We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Sales Manager to lead proactive sales efforts and generate revenue through group business, corporate accounts, and event sales. What You’llDo:
- Respondtosalesinquiriesrelatedtosleepingrooms,meeting spaces,banquets,andspecialevents
- Developandimplementstrategicsalesplanstoachievecompanygoalsandobjectives
- Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationshipswhilecontinuouslydevelopingnewaccounts
- Prepareandnegotiatecontracts,proposals,andpricingalignedwithrevenuegoals
- Partnerwithoperationsandmarketingtoensureflawlesseventexecutionandguestsatisfaction
- Representthehotelatnetworkingevents,trade shows,andclientmeetings
What We’reLooking
For:
- Proventrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargets
- Experienceindevelopingstrategicsalesplansandidentifyingmarketopportunities
- Strongunderstandingofsalescycles,revenue management,andcustomerrelationshipmanagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degreeinhospitality,business,orrelatedfield
- Aminimumof5yearsofsuccessfulhotelsalesexperienceatalarge/conventionhotelandbrandedfull-service
- Familiarity with Hyattsystems,Opera Cloud,Reserve,Envisionorothermajor
CRM/Sales platforms - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the local hotel market -- strong plus.
- Demonstratedsuccessincorporatesales,business development,orluxuryhospitalitysales.
- Strong leadership,communication,andinterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytoinspireandmotivateteams.
Availability:
The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands.
