Role:
Sr. Scrum Master
Location:
Mississauga, ON Remote
Mode:
Contract
- 8-10 years of IT experience
, with at least 4-5 years as a Scrum Master
. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience in projects involving SHIP 360 (shipping, carrier integration, logistics).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing distributed teams and large-scale enterprise projects.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence
. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
