Production Line Lead Supervisor

As the Technical Production Lead, you will oversee the production of our liquid filling lines, ensuring efficient production and compliance with all governing regulation and material handling protocols.

Your expertise in cosmetic/pharmaceutical packaging and a keen understanding of industry standards will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to superior quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the liquid filling line, ensuring production goals are met.
• Supervise and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to liquid packaging.
• Monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any production issues.
• Implement best practices for material handling and safety protocols.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a liquid production lead capacity, preferably in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations and guidelines pertaining to liquid packaging.
• Experience with raw/processed material handling and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
