Role Impact Transform technical drawings into finished, high-quality components.

Core Responsibilities Operate fabrication machinery and tools to produce components to spec.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan work.

Inspect finished items and verify conformance with standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Partner with peers to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Engage in training to upskill and expand capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Experience in fabrication or manufacturing preferred.

Strong attention to detail; comfortable with precision tools.

Basic knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials.

Ability to read and understand technical documents/blueprints.

Effective communication and teamwork.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
