About the role:

The Demand Generation Manager plays a key role in driving growth for both Keela and Raisely. Reporting to the Director of Keela/Raisely Marketing, this pivotal role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns and programs that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue. This role is especially focused on developing and scaling paid media and paid social strategies;

leveraging creative storytelling, audience targeting, and performance data to maximize reach and impact across digital channels.

Keela is a cloud-based CRM platform tailored specifically for nonprofits, designed to streamline donor management, fundraising, and communication efforts. It offers a suite of tools that enable organizations to manage donor relationships, automate routine tasks like gift acknowledgments and tax receipts, and execute targeted email campaigns. With features such as AI-driven donor insights and customizable dashboards, Keela empowers nonprofits to make data-informed decisions and enhance their fundraising strategies.

What will you be doing (your role)?
  • Strategize, develop, and execute end-to-end integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media and paid social channels (Meta, Linked In, Reddit) and review platforms (Capterra, Software Advice) to reach nonprofit marketing and fundraising audiences.
  • Lead both always-on and targeted campaigns including but not limited to those based on geolocation, sub-verticals, and competitive positioning, driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and accelerating pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to develop and execute targeted, sales-assisted campaigns, ensuring alignment on outreach, follow-up, and lead handoff strategies.
  • Experiment with emerging trends and innovative ideas in campaign formats, creative approaches, and audience engagement to continuously challenge the status quo and improve performance.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to track impact, measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns based on performance data and conversion metrics.
  • Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Linked In, Reddit, and review platforms (Capterra, Software Advice), including ad creation, audience targeting, budget management, and performance monitoring.
