Pay Range:$29–$33 per hour, DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming new graduates and supporting their transition into senior care Communicating clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members

Administering medications and documenting care electronically

Managing acute and chronic resident care needs

Utilizing critical thinking skills to support quality outcomes

Leading and supporting CNAs to ensure excellent resident care

What You’ll Need:

A current LVN or LPT license in good standing

Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, resident-centered approachA positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
