Summary
The Seasonal Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring service and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This customer-focused role contributes to an inclusive team while maintaining Ralph Lauren store standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling support.
- Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and educate them about available programs and offerings.
- Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening and closing tasks.
- Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to support a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
