What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Enhance customer experience by identifying their critical needs and providing optimal pharmaceutical healthcare solutions
  • Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare system, disease states, product portfolio, and therapeutic options
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and rheumatologists
  • Analyze territory data and trends to create and implement a detailed territory plan
  • Utilize Lilly resources to respond to customer concerns and offer multi-channel solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the immunology field, focusing on dermatology
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop customer relationships
  • Experience with a needs-based customer interactive model and omnichannel selling capabilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual in English and French
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in hospital and/or key account sales
  • Recent recognition in leadership, teamwork, and customer focus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and data manipulation/analysis
  • Understanding of the Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant role
