- Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare system, disease states, product portfolio, and therapeutic options
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and rheumatologists
- Analyze territory data and trends to create and implement a detailed territory plan
- Utilize Lilly resources to respond to customer concerns and offer multi-channel solutions
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the immunology field, focusing on dermatology
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop customer relationships
- Experience with a needs-based customer interactive model and omnichannel selling capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience in hospital and/or key account sales
- Recent recognition in leadership, teamwork, and customer focus
- Proficiency with Salesforce and data manipulation/analysis
- Understanding of the Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant role
