What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own sales quotas and proactively work towards meeting and exceeding targets within a defined territory
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, utilizing a value-based selling methodology
  • Lead approved AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) and assist customers in understanding product value
  • Collaborate with the AI Success team to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions, providing sales enablement initiatives to the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in Conversational AI or the CX space
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience in an overlay Account Executive or co-sell role is preferable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and their application in contact centers
  • Experience in a sales enablement role
  • Knowledge of commercial modeling and forecasting automation rates
