Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to join their client's dynamic team in California. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to contribute to a growing company.
Responsibilities- Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the sales team to streamline processes and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document and track customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company's offerings.
- High School diploma required.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

Seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional with experience in customer relationship management, account support, lead generation, and solution-based selling within a manufacturing, building products, HVAC, fireplace, ventilation, construction products, or wholesale distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and a proven ability to manage customer inquiries, generate sales opportunities, and support business growth.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Experience working with contractors, distributors, builders, dealers, or industrial customers is highly preferred.
