• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment as needed.

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance.

• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently.

• Assist in supervising maintenance staff and coordinating daily work assignments.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Basic electrical background required
