The Wellness Services Manager will lead the development, coordination, and delivery of wellness services within a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.

This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team of case managers/housing navigators, peer support specialists, substance use disorder counselors, and behavioral therapists as necessary to ensure clients receive holistic, trauma-informed care that addresses both immediate needs and long-term stability.

The Wellness Services Manager will integrate wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional health while overseeing program development, staff supervision, and collaboration with community partners.

This position is essential for placing wellness at the core of the organization's approach, focusing on improving housing outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of life for clients.

This position requires the following education and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in social work, public health, human services, or related field required. Master’s degree in the same preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in program management, wellness services, social services, overseeing case management or housing programs, or a related field required.

This position requires the following certifications, licenses, and/or registrations:

• Licensure or certification in social work, case management, or a wellness-related field preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted California driver’s license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross required.

Ability to work flexible hours, as required, including weekends and holidays.
