• Lead investigations into internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations
• Conduct compliance audits and physical inventory assessments to ensure operational integrity
• Leverage data and technology to identify risk patterns and prevent loss
• Coach and educate field teams on compliance, safety, and security standards
• Collaborate with leaders to assess vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions

• Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, or related field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, loss prevention analytics software, and CCTV systems
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel overnight as required (up to 75% travel)

• Interview & Interrogation Certification with a proven record of successful case resolution
• Experience working with leaders at various levels in an organization
• High integrity and ability to manage confidential information
