Warehouse Associates

We are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced athletic apparel distribution warehouse in Ontario, CA. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, as well as assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $20 / h (includes shift differential)

Location: Ontario, CA

Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork matter most.

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.
• Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accountability.
• Load / unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers / containers.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facility.

• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently.
• Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner.
• Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties.
• Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift).
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25‑50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Weekend shifts available!
• 2nd shift:
  Friday – Tuesday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
• 3rd shift weekend:
  Thursday – Tuesday morning, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am.
• 3rd shift weeknight:
  Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am.
