Location: Ontario, CA
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary

Employee Force Provider (EFP) is seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Forklift Operator for a client in Ontario, CA.

The ideal candidate will have previous forklift and heavy machinery experience, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Current forklift certification is required. Heavy machinery experience is a strong plus.

This position will also include General Labor (GL) duties as needed. Candidates must be willing and able to assist with general warehouse and labor tasks in addition to operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
• Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Assist with material handling, staging, sorting, and organizing products.
• Inspect forklift and equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist team members and supervisors with daily warehouse operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current forklift certification is required.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Heavy machinery experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be willing to perform General Labor (GL) duties when needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Must be willing to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
