Substitute Behavior Technician – Part-Time, Ontario, OH

Spark Joy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in Ontario, OH.

Your Role:

• Work 1:1 with children in‑home using individualized ABA treatment plans
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication
• Work Environment – This job operates in a client’s home environment. Employees must be comfortable visiting client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to Spark Joy ABA clinic in Ontario

Job Details:

• Part‑time:
  As‑needed
• Pay: $17–$22/hr
• Hours may vary based on needs.
