Spark Joy ABA, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll work 1–2 days per week in our Ontario, OH clinic with remaining hours remote as client needs allow. You’ll lead assessments, create and monitor treatment plans, train caregivers, and mentor BTs/RBTs in collaborative care.
Required:
BCBA certification, Master's degree, in-person Ontario attendance, CPR and background check compliance. Competitive benefits apply.
