We are looking for an L1 DSS Support professional to provide first-level technical support for the Emerson Houston location.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide L1 technical support and troubleshoot user issues.
- Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Perform basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow IT support processes.
- Experience in L1/Desktop Support or Service Desk support.
- Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage support tickets effectively.
