Auto Zone’s store teams provide WOW! customer service by ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Delivery Driver, you will use company‑provided vehicles to transport automotive parts to commercial customers, ensuring safe, on‑time deliveries and excellent customer engagement.

• Provide WOW! customer service by engaging commercial customers and DIY shoppers, offering clear automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for seamless teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries and proper loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge via Auto Zone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• Valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement preferred.
