Rates: $2500/day plus $350/hr
Opportunity Highlights
- Practice Setting:
Full Scope OB/GYN (Clinic and Hospital Call). - Schedule:
Full-Time coverage is needed, and the client is open to reviewing a variety of availability from candidates. The schedule will include Clinic hours and Hospital Call. - Low Volume Call:
Low volume with rare call back required. - Support:
Locum will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers. - EMR:
The facility uses EPIC. - Facility Status:
Level IV Trauma Center, serving Eastern Oregon and Southwestern Idaho.
- Provide full-scope General OB/GYN care, including clinic visits and hospital call coverage.
- Manage obstetric cases and perform necessary gynecologic procedures.
- Participate in the hospital's commitment to high-quality care and community well-being.
- Board Status:
Board Certified is REQUIRED. - Licensure:
Active Oregon (OR) license is REQUIRED. - Certifications:
BLS, DEA, and CSR are REQUIRED. - Vaccine:
Proof of COVID vaccine is REQUIRED to work at this facility. - Credentialing Documents:
To expedite the 90-day credentialing process, candidates should have the following readily available at the time of acceptance: MD diploma, internship/residency/fellowship certs, all medical licenses, DEA, Board Certification, BLS, current and previous certificates of insurance, driver s license, professional color photo, CMEs for the past 2 years, immunization records (including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID), references, and case logs.
