Are you a dedicated OB/GYN physician seeking a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care in a dynamic hospital setting? We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to join our team.
This role offers the chance to deliver vital healthcare services during crucial shifts, contributing directly to patient well-being and community health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care on a 24-hour call basis in the OB Department and Emergency Room.
- Manage deliveries, including uncomplicated pregnancies, with on-call availability.
- Address patient needs through walk-in NSTs and other related procedures.
- Ensure timely and quality patient care during scheduled shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with hospital staff and support patient-centered healthcare delivery.
Required Skills: - Valid and unrestricted Oregon Medical License (license are not provided; candidates must hold a current license).
- Proven experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with the ability to perform routine OB procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to manage multiple patient needs and adapt to fluctuating patient census.
Nice to Have
Skills: - Prior experience in a hospital or academic medical center setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or ATLS.
Preferred
Education and Experience: - Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology preferred.
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN.
Other Requirements: - Ability to obtain privileging approval within 60 days.
- Willingness to work 24-hour shifts and be on-call as per schedule.
- No travel stipends; all facility-related travel and reimbursement expenses are covered.
Compensation and Benefits: - Hourly Pay Rate: $2,028.00
- Shift: 07 00, 3x24-hour shifts.
