Job Summary:
Safety Services Company is actively seeking a skilled Sales Development Supervisor to join our team in the Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) Call Center at the Snake River Correctional Institution, a medium-security facility for male adults. This role is critical in supporting Safety Services Company in our new client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in leadership, excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a strong history of fostering continuous improvement.
This position offers a unique opportunity to provide impactful work experiences to adults in custody, contributing significantly to community and people development.
- Ensuring a high level of accountability among team members as they generate appointments.
- Interviewing, assessing, and hiring eligible candidates to join our team.
- Performing introductory training, including content review and initial assessments.
- Conducting Quality Assurance (QA) checks and reviews.
- Coaching team members based on their QA Reviews and spot checks.
- Holding monthly performance reviews, identifying areas of improvement as well as strong performance points.
- Ensuring systems operate at their absolute highest functionality.
- Recognizing areas of improvement across the organization and driving constant improvement.
- Meeting with other staff, including upper management, providing feedback, direction, and sharing ideas for growth and improvement.
- Coordinating with OCE Staff and all off-site technical support.
- Spot-checking proper execution of established SOPs across the stated area of influence.
- Balancing monthly bonus numbers and completing all related documentation.
- Must be able to pass a (Department of Corrections) DOC clearance check (Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS) form).
- Ability to foster accountability and drive team performance.
- Experience in interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
- Proficiency in conducting initial training and assessments.
- Competence in conducting QA checks and providing coaching.
- Skill in conducting performance reviews and driving improvement.
- Ability to optimize systems and drive efficiency.
- Proven track record of driving organizational enhancements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration.
- Experience in coordinating with technical support and other teams.
- Ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Ability to manage performance metrics and documentation.
