Een vooraanstaande producent van consumentenverlichting zoekt een Medewerker Customer Service in Oosterhout. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor B2B- en B2C-klanten en zorg je voor een optimale klantbeleving door orders en servicevragen nauwkeurig te verwerken. Je ondersteunt Sales en Rayonmanagers en biedt interne trainingen. We zoeken iemand met hbo-denkniveau en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Een proactieve en servicegerichte houding is essentieel.
