Wat ga je doen?
- Jij slaat een brug tussen functionele vraagstukken en technische oplossingen;
- Je biedt bijstand aan medewerkers bij technische vragen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en functioneel werken van de huidige kern applicaties (o.a. ERP AX);
- Je lost incidenten op en zet wijzigingsverzoeken door;
- Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij het opstellen van functionele beschrijvingen;
- Je werkt samen met 3 applicatie beheerders en 2 systeem- en netwerkbeheerders;
- Je communiceert en coördineert de werkzaamheden met onze partners;
- Je adviseert de organisatie over technologische vernieuwingen.
