Operations Manager
As the Director Operations EU, you will occupy a pivotal leadership role as the executive head of the EU Operations team, a key member of our global operations leadership and the EU Management Team. Your mission is to architect, guide, and scale the EU Operations team in a sustainable and personable manner. In this executive capacity, you will serve as the primary operational point of contact and strategic director for our EU site.
Onan average day, you'll be;
- Managing and developing the operations team through macro-level resource planning, including warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support. You will motivate and inspire the organization to ensure long‑term growth and flawless alignment with the company’s core values and strategy.
- Designing, implementing, and aligning long‑term tactical and strategic plans on a quarterly and annual basis to meet overarching operational goals, with a dedicated focus on upscaling production departments to meet shifting market demands.
- Sponsoring quality assurance frameworks and steering continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
- Overseeing all operational workflows from an executive perspective to identify structural inefficiencies and capture scaling opportunities.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of executive key performance indicators and driving excellence within a mixed‑model pull manufacturing system.
- Ensuring total compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and deeply integrating LEAN principles into high‑level operations.
- Scaling the operations infrastructure and team capacity to seamlessly support 30‑50% growth.
- Driving cross‑functional executive strategies to harmonize EU operations with our comprehensive global operations strategy.

Roles within the Operations team include computer production tech, warehouse and logistics, supply chain management, customer and supplier quality engineering, manufacturing engineering and technical support.

- You speak and write English at a full professional level.
- You have at least 5 years of leadership experience and a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience.
- You have deep knowledge of and experience with enterprise ERP systems related to procurement, and you thoroughly understand complex capacity planning and scheduling.
- Affinity with computer hardware is a plus
- You possess proven experience working within large‑scale organisations with an overall production value of 100+ million euros.
- You have direct, hands‑on experience directing operations in environments featuring multiple production lines.
- You bring a demonstrated strategic background in successfully upscaling production departments to manage high‑velocity corporate growth.
- You hold yourself and others strictly accountable, paired with an ability to pick up new processes quickly and efficiently.
- You thrive in a very fast‑growing company with an open and transparent company culture.
- You possess excellent communication skills to deal effectively with diverse suppliers, colleagues, and our global offices.
- You pay meticulous attention to detail and exhibit a strong focus on quality, backed by valuable LEAN and ISO management experience.
