Job Summary

Auburn University is excited to announce the search for a Student Junior Services Driver! This role is essential in providing safe, reliable transportation for the Junior Services program, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride for all through the operation of our golf carts.

This role ensures the safe and dependable transportation of approved riders through the Junior Services Mobility Golf Cart program. The service operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, when classes are in session.

• Safely transport authorized Junior Services riders while adhering to scheduled appointments.
• Operate a state‑owned University vehicle, ensuring passenger safety at all times.
• Accurately complete all required shift documentation.
• Collect and deliver materials to various campus offices and locations.

• Currently enrolled as an Auburn University student.
• Must possess a current driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be dependable.
• Must have a positive attitude and possess a strong work ethic.
• Must strictly adhere to the department’s confidentiality policy.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be customer service‑oriented.
• Must possess effective verbal communication skills.
• Must follow directions.
• Must dress in appropriate attire.

Candidates must successfully complete and pass both the Auburn University Driver Training Certification and the Auburn University Non‑Conventional Vehicle Training.

• Knowledge of locations of on‑campus buildings.

$8.25 per hour

10–20 hours per week.
