Your mission is to be the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting new loan officers when applications hit. Specifically, you will:

• Provide expert guidance on loan structuring and portfolio management.
• Train and coach the six new loan officers added over the last 30 days.
• Maintain a relentless work ethic and lead by example.
• Support the team’s pipelines, lead generation, and client relationships.
• Help build and maintain a high‑performing team.

• Extensive experience with traditional, government, and non‑QM loans.
• Proficiency in DU/LP and deep knowledge of Fannie/Freddie‑mac.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Winning, growth‑oriented attitude and willingness to hustle.
• Excellent training and mentorship skills.
• Fluent in the industry’s processes and best practices.
