Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery. Incorporates data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes.

Administers Medications according to standard nursing practice. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development.

• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent

• 2 years recent acute care experience

• Alabama Board of Nursing License
• ACLS must be obtained within 1 year of hire date
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire date
• PALS within 1 year of hire date (if required in work area)

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field

• Recent hospital experience and/or previous nursing practice experience preferred.
