Clinical Manager - Ea Pulmonology

POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinic Manager oversees functions within physician and clinic practices of the East Alabama Medical Group (EAMG). This role provides leadership to ensure patient access, clinical performance, efficient operations, effective growth, staff development, and an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include maintaining inpatient and outpatient certifications, as well as providing diabetes and nutrition services.

• Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s degree – health related field
• Minimum Experience
  • 1 year management experience
• Required Registration/License/Certification
  • If needed, licensure required by State of Alabama dependent on professional designation. BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer
• Preferred Education
  • Master’s degree – health or business related field
• Preferred Experience
  • 5 years management experience
• Preferred Registration/License/Certification
  • Certification in area of clinical specialty preferred
