The EHS Supervisor plays a key role in building and sustaining a world‑class Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) culture
. This position partners closely with leadership and frontline teams to ensure regulatory compliance, proactively identify and mitigate workplace hazards, and drive continuous improvement to eliminate injuries and incidents across the facility.
How You’ll Contribute
- Support team members and leadership in identifying workplace hazards, reporting incidents, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions
- Assist the EHS Manager in leading and maintaining facility‑wide EHS programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA General Industry Standards
, West Fraser standards
, and all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations - Facilitate EHS training programs for all team members and contractors
- Track, measure, and report progress against EHS goals, targets, and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate and timely EHS reporting and recordkeeping
- Provide triage and first aid support in the event of injuries involving employees or contractors
- Support health screening initiatives, health education programs, OSHA recordkeeping, and hearing conservation programs
- Promote a proactive safety mindset and continuous improvement across the organization
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices
- Proven experience facilitating and maintaining effective EHS programs
Ability to deliver engaging training and present to diverse teams - Proactive, enthusiastic leader with strong problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build, influence, and maintain strong teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on manufacturing environment
