Base pay range$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr
Position SummaryWhat you’ll do:
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and or in writing, e.g. customers, suppliers, associates. Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality and safety. Monitor and manage productivity of the area by preparing, reviewing and analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards and procedures. Monitor compliance, distribute and maintain procedures and documentation. Identify associate, customer and/or supplier concerns, and consult to determine corrective actions or recommendations. Supervise and develop associates, assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching. Model Logistics and company policies and procedures, identify training needs, participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, evaluation of associates.

- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or
- 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience, or
- 2 years Walmart Logistics experience, or
- 2 years supervisory experience.
