About This Job

You will present the OCV, LLC. image to our customers by creating marketing materials for conferences, sending out email and direct mail campaigns to prospects, and overseeing social media marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for assisting team members with research, analytics, presentations, and a variety of physical and digital campaigns. You will also partner with our sales, graphics and operations teams to build targeted campaigns to share our story with a wider audience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with sales and operations teams to develop branding messages within the conference schedule or department deadlines;
  • Identifies target customers and markets;
  • Manages campaign timeline and develops marketing campaigns from concept to distribution;
  • Develops and distributes materials for sales, training and marketing;
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients;
  • Manages the daily campaign workflow, communicates daily status updates and calibrates with team as project changes occur;
  • Completes quality control checks and maintains a high caliber of output;
  • Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies and product performance;
  • Reports to the Marketing Manager;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Public Relations, Business or related field required
  • Proficiency in AP Style writing is preferred
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is preferred
  • Familiarity with graphics platforms such as Canva
  • Working knowledge of email marketing systems, such as Mail Chimp, is preferred
  • Understanding of CRM hubs, such as Hubspot, is preferred
  • Adept in Google Workspace or related operational software is preferred
  • Two years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service or related field is preferred

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines
  • Highly adaptable, flexible professional who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently
  • Commitment to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with employee or client data
