• POSITION SUMMARY

  Assist the registered nurse and/or provider with data collection, appropriate medical interventions, and patient education. Perform these duties through teamwork, while exhibiting high customer service and patient safety.

• POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Education
    • Graduate of an LPN school.
  • Minimum Experience
    • N/A
  • Required Registration/License/Certification
    • Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of Alabama as LPN.
    • BLS within 90 days of date of hire or transfer.
    • CPI w/n 12 months of hire/transfer
  • Preferred Education
    • N/A
  • Preferred Experience
    • Prior physician office experience.
