This role ensures excellence in patient care delivery, supports nursing practice aligned with organizational and professional standards, and fosters a culture of collaboration, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Unit Manager (UM), the Nursing Supervisor shares 24-hour responsibility for unit operations, clinical quality, and the achievement of strategic goals.
