An Ollie’s retail store manager provides the leadership for the successful operation of the entire store. Store managers build and lead Associate teams who are passionate about merchandising and creating exceptional customer experiences. • Provide financial oversight of all sales and profit goals, including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives as determined by Ollie’s Operations leadership.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors by delivering exceptional associate and customer service experiences; ensure all company standards are consistently demonstrated in every interaction.
• Execute company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals and expectations.
• Act as a “talent grower,” providing coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associates to meet staffing budgets.
• Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid‑ to large‑size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and regular seasonal shifts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
