As the Sales Manager, you will proactively solicit and manage group and catering opportunities, upsell to maximize revenue, and ensure seamless hand‑over of business for superior service delivery.

• Proactively solicit and manage group and catering opportunities not handled by the Event Booking Center.
• Maximize revenue by actively upselling each opportunity.
• Drive personal and team revenue targets and achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion to maintain service excellence.
• Support Marriott’s Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and growing share of account for PCH Hotels and Resorts.

• Proven sales experience with a focus on group and catering in the hospitality industry.
• Strong ability to upsell and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Passion for delivering service excellence and building long‑term customer relationships.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve personal and team goals.
