We are an independent franchise operating McDonald’s restaurants. The franchisee is your employer, not McDonald’s USA. Employment matters are handled solely by the franchisee.

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM works with their leader to set restaurant goals and develops plans to achieve them. The GM leads a team of Department Managers, providing coaching and direction to improve performance and ensuring the team meets departmental goals.

• Run a profitable restaurant and maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead and coach Department Managers, setting departmental goals, monitoring progress, and providing training.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.

• Prior General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
