Performs and coordinates activities concerned with preventative maintenance, routine inspection, and repairs to tooling. Maintains records of tooling condition, readiness, major/minor PM activities, and locations. Consults with Production Assistant for production schedules and priorities to ensure asset readiness. Must compile, store, and retrieve MRO data using ERP.

• Remove injection molds / Install injection molds
• Prepare molds for service
• Document mold maintenance, repairs, and modifications
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems on presses & support equipment
• Maintain tools and equipment necessary to perform repair & maintenance of mechanical systems
• Coordinate with production priorities
• Daily tooling/machine troubleshooting
• Request schedule adjustments
• Load press programs
• Initialize production runs
• Additional duties as assigned by Management

Per requirements in our ITAR‑regulated government contract, this position is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, and refugees) due to the need to access controlled technology. Noble will not apply or manage the required export license.

• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Sign a confidentiality/non‑compete agreement
• Strong computer software skills (MS Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Capable of standing/walking for entire shift
• English fluent in reading and writing
• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Visually and auditorily capable in an industrial setting

• Must have excellent print reading skills
• Proficient in use of measuring tools, hand tools, with strong mathematical and mechanical skills
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical devices
• 2- or 4-year Industrial Technology or Auto Mechanic certification or degree
