Mit dem Projekt Gartenstadt Köschenrüti entsteht ein neues Stück Stadt – und du bist mittendrin.
Über 24 000 m² entsteht ein nachhaltiges Wohnquartier mit rund 300 Wohnungen in neun Zeilenbauten und großzügigen Grünräumen. Die Entwicklung erfolgt in zwei Etappen:
Baustart ist ab Q2 2026, die erste Übergabe ab Q3 2029. Als Bauleiter/in begleitest du das Projekt von Beginn an und prägst ein neues Quartier mit deiner Handschrift.
