Implenia sucht eine engagierte Fachperson als Gesamtplanungsleiter (w/m/d) am Standort Opfikon. Du führst anspruchsvolle Projekte in frühen Phasen von Erstkontakt bis Baubewilligung und gestaltest Design Build-Ansätze aktiv mit.
Nutze deine Erfahrung in TU/GU-Umfeld, BIM-Kompetenz (ArchiCAD, Revit, Dalux) und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Investoren, Behörden und Bauherren zu überzeugen. Arbeiten im multikulturellen Umfeld mit modernen Technologien erwartet dich.
