Production Engineer

Your mission

You will be responsible for producing Menhir lasers to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong foundation in laser physics and photonics, along with hands‑on experience in laser alignment, cleanroom operations, and work in an industrial setting. You bring an analytical mindset, the ability to solve complex, multidimensional problems, and a structured, methodical approach to routine tasks. You thrive in a team environment but are equally capable of working independently and following detailed work instructions with precision.

• Work in an ISO6 cleanroom environment
• Perform laser manufacturing processes, including the handling and assembly of optical components
• Align lasers and work with fiber optics
• Conduct factory acceptance tests

• Build, align, and test lasers following established work instructions
• Inspect, clean, and manage optical components and stock items
• Maintain and support the cleanroom’s stringent cleanliness requirements
• Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the company’s Quality Management System

• Master’s degree

• Become proficient in cleanroom protocols, laser safety, and handling of laser components
• Learn standard procedures for laser manufacturing
• Take ownership of individual tasks in laser production

• Independently produce lasers and components
• Execute factory acceptance tests autonomously

This position reports to the Head of Production.
