Laboratory operations: You conduct routine laboratory tests and analyses according to standard procedures while maintaining timelines and quality standards. You operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment, including porosimetry, physisorption, elemental analysis, exchange capacity, spectroscopy, microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
Data collection and management: You are responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing and storing data collected during laboratory tests. You accurately and systematically input all qualified data into the lab’s database and release to appropriate shareholders. You implement procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Equipment management: You install and commission new devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure all instruments function reliably. You maintain accurate documentation such as SOPs, maintenance and error logs, and sample volume records to ensure traceability and compliance.
Process improvement: You contribute to workflow optimization by supporting method development and process automation. You continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, reliability, and data quality across lab operations.
Safety and compliance: You maintain general laboratory operations - including inventories, gas and waste management, ordering, cleaning, and HSE walkthroughs - while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols. Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., SUVA requirements) is an advantage.
Collaboration: You work effectively within a team setting, supporting colleagues in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment, and contributing to a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
