Night Stocker

We're hiring Retail Associates to join our team! We're looking for dependable individuals who are ready to take on a variety of tasks and help a busy Gulf Shores, AL store run smoothly as it serves the local community. This position requires friendliness, flexibility, and a passion for customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same in retail! Your tasks could include:

· Stocking & Unloading:
Unloading trucks, organizing the backroom, stocking shelves, and keeping departments clean.

· General Merchandising/Sales:
Filling orders by locating items on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and helping customers load orders into their cart as necessary.

· Cleaning:
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and collecting trash in the parking lot. This also requires being able to use a ladder for some tasks.

· Food & Grocery:
Working in departments like the bakery, deli, or produce. You'll stock products, take orders, answer customer questions, and keep your area clean.

· Cart Attendant:
Moving shopping carts from the parking lot to the store and assisting customers with their purchases.

You should be a reliable team player who is focused on providing great customer service. We're looking for someone who can adapt to different roles and who is a dependable member of the team.

· A variety of shifts are available.

· A background check and drug test are required.
