Detailer (piecework) – Orange City, FL

We are looking for dedicated detailers to join our team. The role includes driving, detailing, and cleaning vehicles.

• Maintain the facilities of the store to produce high‑quality service.
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick response to all customer inquiries or complaints, establishing conclusions in a timely manner.
• Drive, detail, and clean vehicles.
• Wash the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interior of automobiles to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and surfaces; use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains.
• Use dyes, paints, and waxes to protect leather or fabric.
• Clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management due to operational needs.

• Frequent movement; bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into/out of vehicles.
• Work outdoors under varying climate conditions.
• Move numerous vehicles during the work shift.
• Use of safe and OSHA‑approved waxes and cleaners.
• Flex spine, hands, wrists, and fingers continuously.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Clarity of vision and hearing.
• Distinguish small imperfections such as streaks, smudges, or missed vacuuming.
• Inspect own work as well as that of other team members.
• Work with a sense of urgency to value customers’ time.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• 1 or more years of detailing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with great care and respect.
• Willingness to come to work on time and stay on task while on the clock.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task during shift.

Piecework – Compensation based on completed jobs.
