We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Supervisor (LPN) to support our residents’ daily living needs and ensure high-quality, dignified care. • Supervise Wellness Associates and ensure adequate shift coverage
• Oversee and support delivery of assistance with activities of daily living
• Promote resident independence while ensuring safe, compassionate care
• Maintain compliance with community policies and state regulatory guidelines
• Conduct regular oversight of resident apartments and community areas
• Assist with physical care tasks such as ambulation, vital signs, and monitoring
• Perform physically active duties including lifting, bending, walking, and assisting residents

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living or skilled nursing
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication
