Center Administrator – Conviva Senior Primary Care

Join us as a Center Administrator (CA) at Conviva Senior Primary Care in Orange City. The CA leads daily operations of our senior primary care centers, ensuring patient‑centered care and operational excellence.

Pay Range

Base salary: $71,100 – $97,800 per year. Compensation may vary by location and experience.

Role Overview

The CA ensures smooth operation and performance of outpatient centers, managing administrative, operational, and leadership tasks. Responsibilities include staffing, policy implementation, financial stewardship, and collaboration with clinicians to achieve optimal patient outcomes and company initiatives such as Quality, HEDIS/STARs, AHCA, and retention.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operational Management
  • Oversee operations of a multi‑physician office, grow a positive team culture, and manage daily schedules for MA and FO staff.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
  • Plan and conduct staff meetings, demonstrate financial acumen, and manage P&L to align strategy with business results.
  • Maintain front‑of‑house and back‑office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Onboard new associates and providers, providing ongoing training and development.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with regional leaders and providers.
  • Monitor and improve NPS scores, address service recovery requests.
  • Facilitate collaboration with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support such as expense reporting, new provider onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling.
Clinical & Patient Management
  • Create patient‑centric environments and prioritize patient needs for high satisfaction.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to address clinician performance issues and resolve patient complaints.
  • Conduct monthly safety audits, reviewing clinical logs for compliance.
  • Collaborate with providers on patient terminations and risk management.
Dyad Partnership
  • Collaborate with clinical dyad partners to align on clinical and operational goals.
  • Maintain communication on performance, strategies, and team management.
  • Ensure unified decision‑making and consistent messaging.
  • Manage clinic/market dynamics and engagement cooperatively.
  • Communicate incentive plans effectively.
  • Develop provider engagement strategies to reduce turnover and improve satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work at Conviva clinic in Orange City.
  • 3+ years of operational leadership in a multi‑physician office, including front‑of‑house and clinical operations.
  • Experience in healthcare practice management.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Proficiency with EMR or HIM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Patient‑facing role with mandatory TB screening.
  • Current CPR certification;
    Florida associates require ACHA Level II background clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or 5+ years of comparable experience).
  • Full‑risk VBC experience.
  • Knowledge of population health strategy.
  • Familiarity with Medicare.
  • Experience managing a budget of $500,000+.

  • Work hours:

    Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (40 hours/week).
