- Maintains compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Manages and administers assigned care units to ensure delivery of quality care. Recruits, interviews, selects, and hires team members to maintain adequate coverage.
- Administers and interprets personnel policies and procedures, including wage and salary.
