Location:

1053 Medical Center Drive Suite 151 Orange City, FL 32763; travel to neuro clinics Lake Mary, New Smyrna, Daytona, Innovation Tower until caseload grows at Orange City.

Compensation:
Up to $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus;
Up to $3,000 Relocation Bonus;
Pay Range $65,622.66 – $.

Schedule:

Full time, 8‑hr shifts Monday‑Thursday 7 am‑7 pm;
Friday 7 am‑6 pm. Day shift (United States of America). 4‑Week Parental Leave 100% Paid.

• Accurately, completely, and timely document and charge using objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and hospital policy and procedures.
• Participate in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Perform evaluations and re‑evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Support consumer marketing and public awareness through community events, educational lectures/speaking, and other community outreach.

• Doctorate
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Physical Therapist (PT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Physical Therapist – Temporary (PT‑TEMP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
