About This Role
Orange City, Florida, United States – BASS ABA Therapy is an ABA service provider dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through comprehensive ABA therapy.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on delivering ABA programming, collecting data, and supporting clients in various settings including centers, homes, schools, and the community.
Duties & Responsibilities- Complete the 40‑hour paid RBT training course and pass the BACB RBT exam (if not already certified) within 30 days of employment.
- Complete paid CPR training within 30 days of hire.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to BASS clients.
- Collect electronic data related to BCBA‑developed programming.
- Complete daily notes after each session and upload them into relevant databases.
- Maintain open communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
- Deliver ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed.
- Flexibly work at multiple locations throughout the workday.
- High School Diploma.
- Reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift items up to 25 lbs.
- Pass a background check.
- College graduate.
- Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Experience with children aged 1-8.
