• Demonstrates bedside clinical skills and proficiency in EMR documentation. Develops and executes unit‑based staff education on new equipment, medication, policy and procedure changes, and advances in clinical practice.
• Works with the Nurse Manager to facilitate successful onboarding of new staff.
• Rounds on patients as directed by Nursing Director, providing feedback to nursing staff including coaching and guidance to improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Provides coaching and guidance to individual nursing staff members to achieve improved performance and outcomes.
• Provides objective information for employee’s 90‑day and yearly performance evaluations.

• Bachelor’s of Nursing
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
